What is your idea of beauty?
My idea of "beauty" has changed significantly over the years. I no longer feel that beauty is goodness. It's about how confident of who you are and comfortable in your skin. This reflects in your face and personality. What really changed for me is that I was careful what I put in my body, in contrast to trying to fix it from the outside, putting creams and masks and makeup. I feel that it is more important to focus on what I put in my body, in contrast to what I was doing with her in the street. I do not put in as much stuff as before.
What changes have you made in your life?
I changed my diet dramatically to include new things and get rid of some old ones. I spend hours researching natural products that are good for the body. Honey is a huge part of my diet, I eat it, put it on my face, add it to my tea and coffee. During my research I found that most of the oil loses its nutrients when heated, and coconut LLP is the only one that does not. Now I only cook your food in coconut oil, which I pressed out in Empress Market creamery itself. I cut gluten from their diet. I eat Parathas every morning, but I have to be sure that they are made of bajray ka Atta. I make sure to add as many good fats in my diet as I can, and chew on Avocados, and nuts cheese during the day. Over the last year I have seen my body change. I became leaner and I feel more energetic.
How do you feel about food?
I'm a big foodie. I live to eat. The highlight of my day or plan your meals or eating them. I, at least 5:55 times per day. I start my day with fruit, scrambled eggs, and bajray Kay attay ka Paratha. For lunch, I'll try and have a salad and a protein source. I have two dinners, one of which is a three-course dinner with salad, dessert and protein, and a lighter, more later. Some of my favorite places to eat to have healthy food options, such as Xander in Karachi. I love their salad citrus and red snapper. I also love Rotisserie and barbecue in the evening. I'm still watching and my guilty pleasures. I love burgers and pizza at Xander, karhai to Kolachi, barbecue on Ghaffar Kabab House and Halim burns Road.
What is your exit on the beauty look?
I love your hair looking naturally throughout the day. I wash it, twist it into a bun for a while, and she fell. I do not put on that much makeup during the day, just some concealer and blush, and always sunscreen. Recently, I started to enjoy experimenting with colors on my nails; Bright neon and blue and green. When I go out at night I do enjoy dressing up. I love the strong red lip, and I will always wear heels. I recently started using Kajal and experimented with smoky eyes. My favorite place to dry curls waala is Mirrors Salon in Khadda market in Karachi, and my favorite place to get a manicure is a nail salon NABILA, nail Express.
